The Varaflame type fitment (variable flame control) is mounted in Blue Jasper base made by Wedgwood with a white overlay bust design of Winston Churchill on both sides. This lighter is commemorating W. Churchill - the British politician known chiefly for his leadership of the United Kingdom during World War II.
