Cigarette Lighter Museums all over the world


There are not many museums devoted to lighters in the world. The most impressive permanent collection has the National Lighter Museum in the US.

    I have had this lighter ever since my grandfather passed away 9 years ago. I have always been intrigued with it ever since i've come to have it. It is a very miniature zippo lighter with a painting on both sides. Its almost like a brooch style as it has a chain with a pin to pin to your clothing or inside of jacket etc. I have never come across anything like this before. from wat I see of it, it seems to be from early century era, but I could be wrong. I can't find any stamp markings on it what so ever so have been having trouble trying to google where it may have originated from. It's in excellent condition and works when filled with zippo fluid, hence the reason I think it's a zippo lighter, as you fill it the same as a zippo and looks like a mini zippo of some sort. I do have a picture of it but not sure how to attach with this comment or sure if I actually can. I'm curious to know where it comes from, what era and if there is any value in it, any help would be appreciated

    I wonder if i could ask for some information regarding a ronson art metal wks inc Newark new jersey usa patent no us 19.023 De light lighter sterling silver it also has another pat number stamped under the segment des pat 74.248. It has no other name on it just de light on the fuel filler cap and it is in almost mint condition and works like a new lighter no play in the mechanism lights first time. It also has a canadian pat number 288.148 and a Brit pat 291695 any help much appreciated.
