I have what looks much like a Vestal in shape, but it has a porcelain portion around the middle. Might be enamel, not sure. Brass color metal, with a matching cigarette cup. Any ideas? When was it made? Made by evans or another firm with an Evans starting point? What's it worth? Very unique. I don't know how to post pictures here, or I'd post a photo.
